99xx Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 99xx platform and all its services. 99xx is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform operated for players in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, the user is considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.

99xx reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. Users are therefore encouraged to revisit this page regularly.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Only users aged 21 or above are permitted to open an account and use services on the 99xx platform. If the age information provided during registration is found to be false, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation, the additional accounts will be cancelled and bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false or misleading information is provided, 99xx reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing account information with any third party or allowing others to use the account is strictly prohibited. The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out using their credentials.

If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the 99xx support team must be notified immediately. 99xx keeps user data secure using SSL encryption and fair play policies; however, the platform is not responsible for any loss resulting from the user's own negligence.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 99xx platform:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Occasionally, processing may take longer due to verification procedures or banking delays. 99xx endeavors to process every withdrawal request as quickly as possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal request. It is recommended that deposits and withdrawals be made using the same method. 99xx reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if suspicious transactions or potential money laundering are detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will yield a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example, after wagering ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000, winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games on the 99xx platform.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If the deposited amount is withdrawn before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting the bonus system are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

6. VIP Program

The 99xx VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. 99xx reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time. Cashback amounts are determined based on net betting activity from the previous week.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Gaining an unfair advantage through hacking, spamming, or other technical manipulation.
• Claiming bonuses by operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform.
• Using an account on behalf of or in support of minors.

If any of the above activities are detected, 99xx may immediately suspend or close the relevant account and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is affected by a technical error, 99xx reserves the right to make a decision after reviewing the circumstances. Bets accepted at abnormal odds outside fair value may be cancelled.

8.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer process. 99xx conducts regular audits to ensure fair play. If a discrepancy is found in any game result, the account will be suspended and an investigation will be conducted.

8.3 Sports Betting

Odds and markets displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded.

9. Responsible Gaming

99xx places the highest importance on responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is intended for users aged 21 and above. Gambling can be addictive — never bet more than you can afford.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, 99xx will review it and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. 99xx's internal review of the decision will be considered final, unless both parties agree otherwise.

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Upon request, the 99xx support team will complete the process and, if a balance remains, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

12.2 Closure by Platform

In cases of terms violations, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, 99xx reserves the right to close an account without notice. In such cases, the balance may be forfeited and legal action may also be taken.

13. Limitation of Liability

99xx is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or third-party actions. The platform is also not responsible for any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or compromise of account credentials.

Users access 99xx's services entirely voluntarily and at their own risk. 99xx is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting and gaming.

14. Service Changes

99xx reserves the right to add or remove any games, markets, bonus offers, or payment methods at any time. Some services may be temporarily unavailable for platform maintenance. 99xx will endeavor to give advance notice of such changes where possible.
