99xx FAQ — All Your Questions Answered in One Place

99xx has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze offers up to 0.2% weekly cashback. Silver increases that to 0.5%. Gold goes up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The highest level, Platinum, offers up to 1.0% cashback every week. Beyond cashback, each level comes with its own set of perks that get more rewarding as you move up.

Each week, a set percentage of cashback is calculated based on your betting activity and credited directly to your account. The cashback rate differs across each level from Bronze to Platinum. Cashback is calculated at the end of the week and added to your balance within the next business day. Contact us on live chat for more details.

VIP level changes are based on your regular play. The more actively you play and bet, the faster you can progress to a higher level. Your level is determined by evaluating your regular casino and sports participation, deposits, and overall betting activity. Ask our live chat support to find out your current VIP progress.

Platinum is 99xx's highest VIP level. Members at this level enjoy up to 1.0% cashback per week. On top of that, Platinum members receive priority customer service, exclusive promotions, and personalized offers. The more active you stay, the more fully you can take advantage of these benefits.

Staying active regularly is necessary to maintain your VIP level. A long period of inactivity may trigger a level review. For regular players, this is generally not an issue. Stay active on the platform and bet regularly to hold your level. Check the terms and conditions page for detailed requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 99xx is ৳1,000. Requests below this amount cannot be processed. Before withdrawing, make sure your available balance is above this limit. This rule applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Once a withdrawal request is approved, the funds typically reach your mobile banking or bank account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally faster. Bank transfers may take a little longer. If there is a slight delay during busy periods, let us know on live chat.

No, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must first meet the wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,200 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Once the requirement is met, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

A 'Pending' withdrawal means the request is currently going through verification. This is usually completed within 3 hours. If more than 3 hours have passed, contact our 24/7 live chat or email us at [email protected]. Quoting your request number and amount will help us resolve it faster.

Yes, 99xx offers betting on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other international cricket events. Markets are also available for football FIFA, kabaddi, and many more sports. Use our sports section to enhance your betting experience.

The most popular cricket markets are: match winner (which team wins), toss winner, top batsman, highest wicket-taker, first over runs, innings total runs over/under, and total runs in the powerplay. For example, you can place a bet on any market for a Bangladesh vs India match. You will find descriptions of each market on the betting page.

Yes, 99xx offers live in-play betting. While a match is in progress, market odds change in real time and you can place a bet at any moment. In cricket, new markets may appear after every ball. Quick decision-making is essential in live betting because odds change rapidly.

Yes, an accumulator (or acca) bet lets you combine multiple selections into a single bet. If every selection is correct, the odds are multiplied, greatly increasing your potential winnings. However, if any single selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. Accumulators carry higher risk — bet with care.

Decimal odds are straightforward. Multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return (including your original stake). Example: a ৳1,000 bet at odds of 2.50 returns ৳2,500 if you win (profit of ৳1,500). Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a higher potential reward.

When you make your first deposit at 99xx, you automatically receive a 120% welcome bonus, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳22,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳30,000 in bets (1,200 × 25) before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. These bets may also be counted from your deposit balance. Once wagering is complete, you can withdraw your winnings.

If you want to cancel a bonus after accepting it, contact the support team. Keep in mind that cancelling a bonus will also cancel the bonus balance and any winnings earned from that bonus. Only your original deposit amount will remain. It is best to read and understand the terms before accepting a bonus.

Slot games generally contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a different rate. Sports betting may count under specific conditions. Check the terms and conditions or ask on live chat to find out exactly how much each game contributes.

Yes, bonuses have a set usage period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. It is best to start playing actively as soon as you receive a bonus. Read the bonus terms or ask support for details on the specific expiry period.
