Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
99xx believes that online betting is entertainment, not a necessity. The wellbeing and safety of every player on our platform is our highest priority.
Our Pledge
Why is Responsible Gaming Important?
Sports and casino betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — when played in a controlled and planned way. At 99xx, we are committed to giving every player the chance to play mindfully, safely, and with enjoyment.
Millions of players in Bangladesh enjoy betting at 99xx. We want everyone to know — gambling should never be a source of income; it is simply a form of entertainment. When betting becomes a source of stress rather than fun, it is time to seek help.
Remember: Betting is entirely optional entertainment. Never bet with borrowed money or by dipping into your savings. Set your limits and stick to them.
Safety Tools
Six Pillars of Responsible Gaming at 99xx
Our platform offers several powerful tools to help you keep your betting under control.
Deposit Limits
Set how much you deposit each day, each week, or each month — entirely on your own terms. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a waiting period, so you can make a considered decision.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, betting is completely paused and no promotional messages will be sent to you.
Self-Exclusion
If controlling your betting feels difficult, you can close your account completely for an extended period using the self-exclusion tool. Once activated, a specific process must be followed to reopen the account and a proper review will be carried out.
Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
99xx is for users aged 21 and above only. Age and identity verification is mandatory at registration and before withdrawals. We follow strict procedures to prevent access by minors.
Betting History & Reports
You can view your betting history from your account at any time — a full breakdown of how much you have deposited, how much you have wagered, and how much you have withdrawn. Keep track of your own spending.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always ready to help with any issue. Get assistance in Bengali and English via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will handle any gambling-related concern you raise with complete confidentiality.
Warning Signs
When Is It Important to Seek Help?
Gambling addiction develops gradually and is often difficult to recognise in yourself. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone close to you, take action without delay.
If any of the following signs appear repeatedly, contact 99xx support — we will help you confidentially.
- Feeling the urge to bet more and more in order to recover lost money.
- Repeatedly failing to stop betting despite trying to do so.
- Hiding your betting activity from family or friends.
- Borrowing money or breaking into savings to fund betting.
- Feeling restless, angry, or depressed when not playing.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to focus on betting.
- Spending more time or money on betting than you intended.

Healthy Betting Habits
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Keep these guidelines in mind while enjoying betting at 99xx. Following them will keep betting enjoyable at all times.
Set a budget — decide the maximum amount you will spend before each session and stick to it.
Track your time — take regular breaks instead of playing hour after hour, and give your attention to other activities.
Play for fun — bet for entertainment, not profit. Winning is not guaranteed — that is perfectly normal.
Consider your mood — avoid betting when you are under stress or feeling low.
Never bet with borrowed money — never place bets using loans or household funds.
Keep it away from children — make sure children or minors cannot access 99xx or any other betting site on your device.
Age Restriction
21+ — For Adults Only
99xx strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from participating on the platform. This is not merely a rule — it is our ethical responsibility to protect the younger generation from the harms of gambling.
Age is verified at registration and, where there is doubt, through a national identity card or passport. If any account is found to belong to a minor, it is permanently closed and any deposited funds are returned.
If there are children or teenagers in your home, use password protection on your device and block their access to 99xx and all other betting sites.
